Did you find broken playground equipment in a park or a pothole on the road? Now you can report non-emergency problems on public property to the Town of Blackfalds from your smartphone or computer using Blackfalds Connect!

Our staff respond to Blackfalds Connect requests during regular business hours. If a report comes in on a holiday, weekend or after-hours, it will be read on the next business day.

Please note that Blackfalds Connect is not to be used for emergencies or bylaw issues.

  • For urgent matters that require a police response, call 9-1-1.
  • For urgent matters regarding Public Works (e.g. flooding) after hours, please call 403.340.9593.
  • For urgent matters regarding Parks and Facilities after hours, please call 403.357.9888. 
  • For any issues regarding bylaws (e.g. graffiti, parking, unsightly premises), please use Report Exec or call 403.885.0020.

Privacy Information

Please be aware that online issue reporting is powered by SeeClickFix, a third party service with its own set of terms and conditions. SeeClickFix may contact you using the email address you provide, but they will never display your account’s email address on the open web, and they won’t ever sell your address to anyone else.  

Personal information collected through this online service will be used for the sole purpose of online reporting of non-emergency issues in the town of Blackfalds, through ‘Blackfalds Connect’. This information is collected under the authority of Section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) and will be protected in accordance with Part 2 of the FOIP Act as well as the privacy policy of SeeClickFix.
