C'AMPED for kids ages 6 - 10, is home away from home on PD Days and Spring Break. Synchronized with the Wolf Creek school calendar, the Abbey Centre is the place to be!

These camps are jam-packed from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm with games, crafts, sports, and adventures that will keep kids active and stimulated throughout the day.

Cost is $35/day. Extended care is available for $5 (Drop off 8:00 am | Pick up 5:00 pm).

Cardio Spin: Butts & Guts
Time: 9:30 am - 10:30 am
Location: Cottonwood Meadows Running Track | Level 3 | Abbey Centre | 4500 Womacks Rd

This class will be a combination class starting with a 40 minute ride, followed by 20 minutes of muscle-strengthening exercises using a variety of fitness equipment. We will improve muscle definition in all the right places and have you walking away feeling bootylicious.

Progressive Performance

Are you new to exercise or are you looking for a whole body workout to help increase your fitness? This
class is just what you are looking for.  Each class will progress in difficulty to continuously challenge you and keep things new and interesting by gradually increasing the time and intensity of the exercises. The class runs twice a week and is designed to provide you with a whole body workout while teaching you basic movements that can be adapted to meet your needs and fitness level.

Bow Wow Bootcamp

Need to get your butt kicked?  Rockstar Bootcamp will challenge your strength and stamina. After a quick warmup, we hit our legs, core, arms, and total body with resistance bands and body weight exercises.  Even partnering up at times for combo moves. Then a stretch, and a victory lap back to the gym to finish!
