Blackfalds Youth Crew offers free drop-in after-school programs for youth grades 4 - 6.

These programs promote positive peer relationships, provide mentoring and leadership opportunities, and enhance social supports and relationship building within the community.

Staff and volunteers strive to provide a safe place where youth can feel empowered and valued. Activities provide opportunities to build upon social skills, positive values and self-esteem.

We meet weekly on the following days and times:

Rockstar Bootcamp

This class will challenge your strength and stamina. After a quick warm-up, we hit our legs, core, arms, total body with resistance bands, and body weight exercises; occassionally partnering up for combo moves. Then a stretch, and a victory lap back to the gym to finish.
