Is a combination class of cardio and strength-building activities and games for you and your toddler. All exercise equipment is provided, though students are welcome to bring their own yoga mat if they like.

Youth Cooking Club

This fun, interactive approach to cooking will give participants the confidence to cook as an individual and as a team.

Need to get your butt kicked? Come on out to this early morning bootcamp where the instructor will challenge your strength and stamina and get you pumped for your day. After a quick warmup, we hit our legs, core, arms and total body with resistance band work and body weight exercises, even partnering up at times for combo moves. Then a stretch, and a victory lap back to the gym to finish!

Iyengar Style Yoga

Dog Obedience

Positive reinforcement techniques will be used to teach basic commands and household manners.

You will learn how to socialize your dog properly, incl. house training, to sit and down on command, come when called, loose leash walking, basic grooming, stay and wait, leave it, get back from the doorway, etc. We will also address any issues or questions that arise in class.

A confidence booster for you and your dog, this class is designed for all dogs over the age of 12 weeks. On class nights, please bring proof of vaccinations, a hungry dog with his/her favourite food and/or treats, a 6 foot leash (no retractable leashes please) with a buckle collar, bags for any messes, good shoes, and most importantly, a sense of humour!

Dog Obedience

Positive reinforcement techniques will be used to teach basic commands and household manners.

You will learn how to socialize your dog properly, incl. house training, to sit and down on command, come when called, loose leash walking, basic grooming, stay and wait, leave it, get back from the doorway, etc. We will also address any issues or questions that arise in class.

A confidence booster for you and your dog, this class is designed for all dogs over the age of 12 weeks. Dog Obedience

Positive reinforcement techniques will be used to teach basic commands and household manners.

You will learn how to socialize your dog properly, incl. house training, to sit and down on command, come when called, loose leash walking, basic grooming, stay and wait, leave it, get back from the doorway, etc. We will also address any issues or questions that arise in class.

A confidence booster for you and your dog, this class is designed for all dogs over the age of 12 weeks. On class nights, please bring proof of vaccinations, a hungry dog with his/her favourite food and/or treats, a 6 foot leash (no retractable leashes please) with a buckle collar, bags for any messes, good shoes, and most importantly, a sense of humour!

Need to get your butt kicked? Come on out to this early morning bootcamp where the instructor will challenge your strength and stamina and get you pumped for your day. After a quick warmup, we hit our legs, core, arms and total body with resistance band work and body weight exercises, even partnering up at times for combo moves. Then a stretch, and a victory lap back to the gym to finish!
