Fitness Centre

The Border Paving Fitness Centre is open with the following conditions:

  • Hours of operations are 5:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Mon - Friday; and 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Sat & Sun.
  • Access to the facility will be every 2 hours for a maximum of 200 people. See complete schedule here
    After the two hours, the facility will close down for a half hour in order to sanitize and prepare for the next 2-hour interval.
  • Doors will lock after a max. of 200 people have entered.
  • Fitness Studio 2 will house cardio equipment in order to accommodate 6 ft. distancing
  • Fitness Centre users will be given disinfectant wipes in order to clean the equipment after each use

With over 7,000 square feet of state-of-the-art fitness and weight training equipment provided by Matrix, the Fitness Centre will provide you with the necessary environment and tools that you need to meet and exceed your goals.

Equipment Orientations

We offer FREE Fitness Centre orientations!

Youth 12 - 17 years of age are required to have an orientation before accessing the Fitness Centre or Running Track. 
Youth 12 - 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Max. 3 people per time slot. Masks will be mandatory during orientations.

The Fitness Centre is not always staffed; use of the Fitness Centre and equipment is at your own risk.

 

Personal Training (available Sept. 21)

Looking for a personal trainer to get you going or keep you on track? The friendly, certified personal trainers that are available will develop a fitness program that is specific to you.

Weekly Equipment Maintenance

Guide rod maintenance will be completed every Friday morning/early afternoon.  The smell may irritate some users.  Please adjust your workout accordingly.
