Fitness Centre

Whether your motivation is to stay in shape, build muscle or burn calories, the Border Paving Fitness Centre can help you do just that.

With over 7,000 square feet of state-of-the-art fitness and weight training equipment provided by Matrix, the Fitness Centre will provide you with the necessary environment and tools that you need to meet and exceed your goals.

Equipment Orientations

Anyone wanting to get familiar with the centres fitness equipment can book an equipment orientation by contacting Guest Services or 403.885.4039.

Scheduled Orientation Times (September 6, 2016 to March 31, 2017)

Monday 7:00 am - 8:00 am 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Tuesday  1:00 pm - 2:00 pm 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Wednesday  7:30 am - 8:30 am  7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Thursday 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Friday 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Saturday  3:30 pm - 4:30 pm  
Sunday  1:00 pm - 2:00 pm  

Youth aged 12 - 17 years are required to have an orientation before accessing the Fitness Centre or Running Track.

Youth 12 - 13 years of age must be accompanied by the adult who will be using the fitness centre or track with them and are required to be in close proximity of the adult at all times.

Please book your orientation in advance. Check with Guest Services for available time slots. Max. 6 people per time slot.

March Drop-In/Orientation Session Cancellation

The Fitness Centre is not always staffed; use of the centre and equipment is at your own risk.

Equipment Maintenance

Guide rod maintenance will be completed every Friday night starting at 9 p.m.  The smell may irritate some users.  Please adjust your workout accordingly. 

Personal Training

Looking for a personal trainer to get you going or keep you on track? The friendly, certified personal trainers that are available will develop a fitness program that is specific to you.
