Public Notice - Land Use Bylaw (1216.17)

Town of Blackfalds Council has given first reading to Bylaw No. 1216/17, for the purpose of amending the Land Use Bylaw.
The map shows the land included changing the Lot 4ER (Environmental Reserve) to Lot 4PUL (Public Utility Lot) to enable consolidation of portions of Lot 1 and Lot 2 by providing an access point to the southern portion through the newly created PUL.

A copy of the proposed Bylaws and all public documents applicable to the proposed Bylaw may be inspected at the Town Office during regular office hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Mondays to Fridays.

A Public Hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Civic Centre, 5018 Waghorn St, on Tuesday, August 22, 2017. Persons wishing to make a comment or presentation regarding the proposed Bylaw may do so at the Public Hearing or written comments may be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on August 22, 2017 to:
