TAKE NOTICE THAT the following discretionary use development permit has been APPROVED by the
Development Authority under the provisions of Land Use Bylaw No. 1198/16 and amendments thereto:

Date of Decision: March 30, 2021

The applicant or any person claiming to be affected by these decisions may, under Land Use Bylaw No.1198/16, appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board by serving written notice, paying the appropriate fees, to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board at the following address:

WITHIN TWENTY ONE (21) DAYS after the Date of Decision.

This is not a valid Development Permit or Business Licence. Issuance of the Development Permit
and Business Licence, where no appeal is filed to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, is valid following the completion of the twenty-one (21) day appeal period, being April 20, 2021.
