TAKE NOTICE THAT the following discretionary use development permit has been APPROVED by the
Development Authority under the provisions of Land Use Bylaw No. 1198/16 and amendments thereto:

Proposed Use: Home Based Business, Major – Personal Service (Aesthetics Operation)
Date of Decision: May 10, 2021

The applicant or any person claiming to be affected by these decisions may, under Land Use Bylaw No.1198/16, appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board by serving written notice, paying the appropriate fees, to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board at the following address:

This is not a valid Development Permit or Business Licence. Issuance of the Development Permit
and Business Licence, where no appeal is filed to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, is valid following the completion of the twenty-one (21) day appeal period, being June 2, 2021
