TAKE NOTICE THAT the following discretionary use development permit has been APPROVED by the Development Authority under the provisions of Land Use Bylaw No. 1198/16 and amendments thereto:

This is not a valid Development Permit or Business License.   Issuance of the conditional Development Permit, where no appeal is filed to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, is valid following the completion of the twenty-one (21) day appeal period, being August 4, 2020.
