Leisure Access Program

Thanks to the Leisure Access Program (LAP), the Town of Blackfalds will subsidize fees for eligible individuals who are unable to pay for municipally operated programs, memberships and admissions that will contribute to their personal growth and community involvement. Through this program the quality of life and well-being of Blackfalds residents will be greatly improved; creating a strong and healthy community.

Back to School Program

In partnership with Women’s Outreach Tools for Schools program, Blackfalds FCSS ensures that every student in our community has access to the supplies needed to reach their full academic potential. This is done by providing backpacks filled with school supplies for Blackfalds' students in Kindergarten through to Grade 12.
