The local Returning Officer and Deputy Returning Officers are appointed by Town Council. These roles are responsible for all matters pertaining to the local organization and operation of the 2021 Local Authorities Election, and for enforcement of provisions of the Local Authorities Election Act.
Candidate packages are also available at the Town Office, 5018 Waghorn Street during regular business hours (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm).

Anyone wishing to pick up or drop off nomination packages are asked to schedule an appointment during regular office hours by calling 403.885.4677. Please follow all COVID restrictions and follow the face covering bylaw.
Completed nomination packages can ONLY be received in person by the Presiding Deputy Officer (Darolee Bouteiller) at the Town office during regular business hours (during the pandemic lock down an appointment must be scheduled).
Nominations can be received as early as January 4 during office hours.
