Open House- March 8, 2012 at the Protective Services Building, 7:00 pm. Come learn and discuss local policing issues and needs! The Town of Blackfalds has proclaimed April 22-28 National Victims of Crime Week in Blackfalds. For more details on what this means to you and your community, please review the signed proclamation HERE The CSD has removed the SK8 Deck Ramps for repairs and maintenance. 2011 MUNICIPAL CENSUS REPORT The Town of Blacfalds chose to conduct a municipal census in 2011. This was done to update the population figures to ensure that the town was receiving proper funding for per-capita grants. It will also provide the Town of Blackfalds with much needed data for planning, developments, economic development and other community services. While it is true that the federal government also did a census in 2011, the numbers will not be available for quite some time. The information they gather will complement the local census figures.
