Blackfalds Waste Management Services

The Town of Blackfalds is encouraging town residents to compost their grass clippings and other garden plantings by using a back yard composter or by using the composting site by the transfer station.

By reducing the amount of material going to the landfill site, this increases the life span of the landfill site.

Waste Management crews are continuing to pickup the garbage containers and the blue box recycling. Please ensure that bags are less then 50 lbs. and containers are clearly marked. If you have any questions please call the Town Office at 885-4677.
