Thank you for taking some time to look over our website and spending some time getting to know your Council representatives. This website should make finding out what is going on in our community much easier. If there is something that you cannot find, then you should contact the Town Office or one of the members of Council listed here.
My name is Trish Willis and I am pleased to be serving my third consecutive term on the Town of Blackfalds Council. I appreciate the support that you, the members of the community, show in my ability to accurately represent you.
I moved to Blackfalds in 1997 and have been serving on boards and committees since shortly thereafter. The list of Boards and Committees that I have served on is too lengthy to list here but some current highlights are:
• Municipal Planning Commission
• Blackfalds and District Agricultural Society
• Family and Community Support Services
• Intermunicipal Development Plan
• And many more…..
I encourage you to volunteer on any of the boards and committees in the Town of Blackfalds. Volunteering provides a different perspective on the challenges facing our community.
