An off-site levy is a tool intended to assist a Municipality in the recovery of capital costs
incurred for infrastructure improvements undertaken to accommodate new development. The Off Site Levy Report
identifies appropriate off-site levies that will be applied as development occurs in the various development areas
throughout the Town of Blackfalds.
