A Development Agreement is an agreement between a Developer and the Town of Blackfalds. The requirement that a Development Agreement be signed
is a condition that is usually placed on any subdivision approval, and signed by both parties prior to a subdivision
plan being endorsed by the Town for registration at Land Titles Office of Alberta Registries. The Agreement outlines the terms and conditions agreed
to by both parties regarding the development of specific lands within the Town's boundaries.
