North Area Structure Plan
The North Area Structure Plan includes Pt. SW 35-39-27-W4M and Pt. SE 34-39-27-W4M containing 104.6 ha (258.32 ac) more or less. The North Area Structure
Plan was approved by Council in March 2003.

South-East Area Structure Plan
The South-East Area Structure Plan includes NW 23-29-27-W4M containing 62.43 ha (154.26 ac) more or less. The South-East Area Structure Plan was approved by Council in June, 2004.

North-West Area Structure Plan
The North-West Area Structure Plan includes the SW 27-39-27-W4M and NW 27-39-27-W4M containing 123.89 ha (306.13 ac) more or less. The North-West Area Structure Plan was approved by Council in September 2004.
In March 2006, Council approved a revised Area Structure Plan for the NW 27-39-27-W4M, and any reference to the NW 27-39-27-W4M in the Northwest Area Structure Plan should be disregarded. Information pertaining to
the SW 27-39-27-W4M found in this document is still pertinent. Links to both Area Structure Plans are found
below for your information.

East Area Structure Plan
The East Area Structure Plan includes the SE 26-39-27-W4M containing 64.75 ha (160 ac) more or less. The East Area Structure Plan was approved by Council in May 2003.
