Planning and Development is available to assist with all aspects of development on lands within the Town's boundaries, including redesignation of land, subdivision
of land, and development on a specific site. Development of land within the Town must not only be consistent with statutory documents and planning studies which have
been approved by Council, but also must conform with provincial regulations.
