Certificates of Compliance and Real Property Reports
A request for a Certificate of Compliance must be accompanied with a Real Property Report (RPR).
If the RPR is older than two (2) years from the certification date, a Statutory Declaration is required. The declaration will only be accepted for RPR’s between 2 and 7 years old. RPRs older than 7 years will NOT be endorsed.
